Know Before You Go
- • Flights must be reconfirmed 72 hours prior to departure.
- • Changes or cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours before the flight time. No-shows will be charged in full; no refunds will be issued.
- • All passengers 18 and older must bring a government-issued photo ID (REAL ID–compliant driver’s license or valid passport). Photocopies or digital images are not accepted. Guests without proper ID will be denied check-in with no refund.
- • Guests must check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will be denied without refund.
- • All flights require a minimum of four passengers.
- • Seating is assigned based on legal weight and balance limits and is not guaranteed together.
- • Passengers weighing 300 lbs. or more must purchase an additional seat.
- • Children two years and older require a seat. Children under two may sit on an adult’s lap with a birth certificate.
- • Intoxicated guests may be denied service without refund.
